Several players have confirmed they could launch the game, which appears to be the final version or very close to it, without the day-one patch. Those who ran the leaked build and went online have started receiving permanent hardware bans. The ban is tied to PC components, meaning purchasing a legitimate copy will not lift the restriction.
Forza Horizon 6 is scheduled for release on May 19, 2026, on PC and Xbox Series X|S. A PlayStation 5 version will arrive later this year. Owners of the Premium edition get early access starting May 15. The game is set in Japan and features over 550 cars, including Japanese classics and special Forza Edition vehicles.
